This version of the beloved monster is based on the 1995 movie, Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. The Burning Godzilla action figure stands over 6-inches tall, with a head-to-tail measurement of over 12-inches long. Burning Godzilla features incredible "burning" details, a bendable tail and nearly 30 points of articulation! Ages 14 and up.

The 1995 Burning Godzilla was a turning point for Bandai in two ways. Firstly, it was the first of the Bandai figures to incorporate a soft, flexible vinyl instead of the harder material commonly used up to this point. This was done for the purpose of helping insure child safety. I suppose some small Japanese child stepped on those spines once too often.
Secondly, this is the first new mold for Godzilla himself since 1992's Bato-Goji, which was reissued twice, in 1993 and 1994. The Burning Godzilla mold would go on to be used several times itself, as both theatre exclusives and two different Godzillas in the Godzilla Forever Series.
The back and interior of the Burning Godzilla tag looks much the same as the other vinyls released for Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. The front of the tag shows Godzilla after laying waste to Hong Kong.

The figure comes with it's original tag and has never been played with.
